Robert, Jennifer, Christopher & Anna Raditz

Robert Raditz has always enjoyed working with his hands. Now, he’s building his own business.

An electrical engineer with a background in industrial generator sales, Robert recently launched UBuildIt in the Upstate. He discovered this innovative franchise (founded in 1988 and now growing across the country) after overseeing an extensive renovation project on his North Main-area home. The process – and the price, had he not done it himself – proved there MUST be a better way.

And so there is. Previously, homebuilding offered two routes – do it yourself or hire a builder – but now UBuildIt provides a third option. As a construction consulting company, it partners with clients who are building a brand-new house or renovating an existing one.

UBuildIt piqued Robert’s interest because it gives clients complete control over their projects, yields better-built homes and provides immediate equity – all at a significant savings.
A native Floridian, Robert has lived in Greenville nearly 30 years. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two children, and family time is his favorite avocation. He also enjoys working around his 1940s-era house, both inside projects and landscaping.

The Raditz family gives back to the community in myriad ways, including the sponsorship of a Habitat for Humanity house.
