If you would like custom home plans for new homes, additions or remodels, your UBuildIt Consultant can help put you in contact with quality architects and designers that will design your plans or customize them to local building codes & practices for a reasonable price.
- You choose the land
- Working with our Consultant to review the land before you buy is a great way to make sure the land is right for your dream home. And if you don't already have land, we can help you find the parcel that is right for you.
- You choose the lending source
- You select the financing package that's best for your particular project from one of our approved, owner-builder lenders.
- You choose the building materials
- We don't sell materials, we only care that you get what you want for the best price - whether it's stick built, panelized, kit or a log home, we'll be able to help.
- You choose the subcontractors
- Our subcontractors are qualified and proven or you can use your own. You can even do some of the work yourself if you want.
- You pay COST for everything.
- You write the checks directly to the subcontractors and suppliers so you know exactly what everything costs without the typical contractor mark-up.
