Our UBuildIt program and team of UBuildIt-Vancouver consultants have been working with owner-builders just like you here in Clark County and the surrounding counties since 1999. Our experience ranges from helping owner-builders build custom homes that are 1000 sq ft up to 8000 sq ft.  Several of these custom homes have been built with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), SIPS, and Timber frame products.  We have also completed several large remodels of homes up to 4000 sq ft and additions ranging from 400 sq ft up to 2000 sq ft.

Meg Jaquay, one of the co-owners of UBuildIt-Tualatin, first purchased the UBuildIt Vancouver office after being a UBuildIt client in 2003, and then expanded her operations to cover the greater Portland Metro region and purchased her second office in 2004.  Meg holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and a MBA.  Meg is passionate about remodeling and has personally remodeled over 10 of her own homes in the last 6 years.   “I had a great experience with my UBuildIt project, and I want that same end result for all of our UBuildIt clients too.”

Dave Younger, one of the co-owners of UBuildIt-Tualatin was introduced to the UBuildIt program as a subcontractor working for a UBuildIt client several years ago.   He was so impressed with the business, he is now working as our lead UBuildIt Planning Consultant, getting clients started in their building process. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Baptist University.  Dave has over 17 years experience in Sales and Marketing.  “You can tell by the way I work with our clients that I am in the right place and I love what I do.
