Greg Bruley: Project Manager and Lead Planning Consultant
A graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Construction Management Technology and more than 23 years of home building experience, Greg brings to his clients reliable knowledge of the local building industry. His service-driven attitude and long working knowledge of building practices and codes in King County is second to none. Prior to joining UBuildIt in 2002, Greg served as a General Superintendent with Sherman Homes, responsible for all construction management in their Washington division. His extensive experience in residential new home construction, land development, budgeting, estimating, bidding, scheduling, contracting, budget monitoring, knowledgeable in both Production and Custom homes along with a Remodeling background makes him a perfect fit for the UBuildIt system and your dream project whether it’s new construction or a remodel.
Bill Harper - Owner
Bill is responsible for the administrative, sales and marketing for UBuildIt’s Bellevue and Issaquah offices. Prior to joining the UBuildIt network as a franchise partner, Bill served 18 years as Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for a national apparel manufacturer, with headquarters in Seattle, WA. While there, he was responsible for Department and Specialty Store sales in the Pacific Northwest as well as the company’s Corporate Sales operations, to a roster of industry leading companies that included Sears, JC Penny, Men’s Wearhouse, Disney Stores - Parks & Resorts and regional airline Horizon Air. With a solid background in Sales, Management, and Customer Service, Bill is confident in knowing that his Client’s projects -- no matter how large or small -- will be handled by his Team with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail.

John & Valerie have just completed the permitting process and are in the costing and specification stage, for their 2,750 sq ft remodel/addition in Issaquah.
Scott & Maury are immersed in the timber sawing and milling process of manufacturing the various posts and beams needed for their 2,675 sq ft timber frame barn. Scott has taken a sabbatical from his job in order to be involved in creating the structure from logs to finish materials, he is being coached by a nationally known timber framer and designer. The barn will be raised near the top of Tolt Hill road in Carnation.
Karl & Debbie are just starting roofing and preparing for the rough plumbing to begin on their 1,800 sq ft remodel/addition in Fall City.
Andy & Lori are in the feasibility stage of creating a preliminary budget for their 3,500 sq ft remodel/addition on Squak Mtn in Issaquah.
Matt is in the permitting process with King County for his new 1,700 sq ft home near Lake Marcel in Carnation.
Pat & Jeannette are having custom plans drawn by CW Design for the renovation of their 3,200 sq ft, 80 yr old Craftsman in Auburn.
Dan & Karen are having custom plans drawn by Architects Northwest for their new 3,700 sq ft home near the top of Cougar Mtn in Issaquah.
Jeff & Dana are in the costing and specification stage for (phase 1) of their 1,750 sq ft remodel/addition in Preston.
Marlowe & Donna just finished framing and are preparing for roofing to begin on their new 800 sq ft shop/garage in North Bend.
Zip & Marsha are in the costing and specification stage of their 325 sq ft living and dining room addition in Issaquah.
Tok & Elsie are in the permitting process with King County for their 1,100 sq ft remodel of their home on Lake Kathleen in Renton.
Brian & Nita have completed the site work and foundation for their 825 sq ft addition in Kent.
