Brian Duckles – Planning Consultant and owner of UBuildIt-Bulverde. Brian graduated with a degree in Construction Management from LSU, and has over 13 years in the construction industry. He is also a Certified Green Building professional with the National Association of Home Builders. Brian brings with him a varied construction background, having supervised the building of over 200 homes.

 

Charlie Baer – UBuildIt-Bulverde’s Construction Consultant. Charlie is a lifelong resident of the San Antonio area and has been active in the homebuilding industry for more than 32 years, managing the construction process of over 500 homes. Charlie is a past recipient of the San Antonio Home Builder's Association's Summit award. Charlie puts our clients at ease through the entire construction process.

Bob Duckles – UBuildIt-Bulverde Planning consultant. Bob is a 33 year veteran of various executive management positions in sales and operations. He brings a wealth of information to the Bulverde office.
