Floyd Decker Owner of UBuildIt - Spent the past 18 years in various executive positions
within Telecom startup and Fortune 500 companies. His career focus has always been "Customer First." Prior to entering the Telecom industry, Floyd spent many years constructing 400+ homes in the North Texas area.  The desire to see others build their custom home has led him to UBuildIt. Floyd also helps build habitat homes through his church and in Juarez MX.

Jeff Ives Construction Consultant - Has over 20 years of building experience in custom homes, multi-family dwellings, and remodels. He earned his building construction technology degree from Texas State Technical Institute located in Waco, Texas. Fresh out of college, Jeff began his career with one thing in mind: quality construction and customer service.  Jeff is a solution-driven individual and a huge asset to the UBuildIt team.
