Having worked in 7 counties across the region, his expertise in building practices and codes in Middle Tennessee will help clients feel confident during inspections. Bryan N. Hunt – Owner
From growing up in South Florida to his 5 years of military service, Bryan brings a diverse perspective and strength to the UBuildIt - Cool Springs team. He possesses a passion for the building industry that can be attributed to various experiences throughout his life. His experience in construction began in childhood when Bryan’s family frequently purchased and remodeled properties (flipping homes) and frequently had to comply with strict government zoning for numerous projects. More recently, he has held several building career positions including Superintendent of Construction with a leading national home builder as well as Regional Manufacturers Representative for several premier building materials companies. Finally, Bryan’s leadership and interpersonal skills developed in the military caused him to put together a network of respected subcontractors and vendors that the clients of UBuildIt – Cool Springs can trust.  

Lee Hunt – Owner
A native of Nashville, Lee has witnessed first-hand the exciting growth of the Middle Tennessee area. Her knowledge of not only traditional neighborhoods but also growth areas will provide clients with valuable insight into making decisions on locating their new construction projects and/or remodeling with materials indicative to the area. In addition, clients will be able take advantage of her 12 years of sales and marketing experience with Fortune 50 companies.  In these fast-paced environments, she learned how to generate excellent results for her customers by motivating those around her with high expectations and a smile.
