Patrick Bley, co-owner of UBuildIt-Minnetonka, has a background in environmental science and engineering and over 20 years experience with both large-scale and residential construction projects.  As a custom homebuilder, Patrick’s projects included alternative, energy-efficient, and “green” construction techniques in addition to more traditional construction methods.  When Patrick was introduced to UBuildIt in 2003, he was immediately impressed by the control, flexibility and support that the UBuildIt process offered for the owner-builder for both new home and remodeling projects.  Since that time, he has assisted over 60 owner-builders in successfully completing their dream home projects as a UBuildIt Construction Consultant and Franchise owner.

John Hornor, co-owner, has been involved with residential construction since 1985 as a roofing & siding contractor, job superintendent, general contractor and home-improvement retail district manager. In 2003, John was involved in building his own home as an owner-builder using the UBuildIt system. In fact, after building his house, John was so impressed with the program that he became a UBuildIt franchise partner in order to share with other owner-builders the same success that he experienced.

Ray Johnson has over 10 years of residential housing design and planning experience.  He is a real estate broker as well with a keen skill for home site prospecting and evaluation.  As the planning consultant, Ray will provide input and guidance throughout the entire planning phase of your new construction or remodeling building experience.  From the initial consultation, home site and house plan selection, evaluating specification options, and job costing, Ray has the experience to help your project ideas become a reality.
