• Shumaker- Jack & Bonnie recently moved north for lifestyle reasons. Their 2,200 sq ft 2 story Craftsman Style Home and barn will be built on 10 acres on TC east side.

• Hamlet-Chad & Amy have a beautiful piece on property south of Kingsley where their new home with a walk out lower level.

• Brown- Craig & Sue (and the boys) searched and searched to find the perfect partially wooded 10 acres for the setting of their new 2 story home.

• Webb- Timber frame!! A true dream home overlooking Lake Charlevoix is now becoming a reality for Tom & Janet.

• Loose- Maximizing the space and extended outdoor living is something Rusty & Nan will have as they over look the Rapid River from their new Ranch style home.

• Proehl- Duane & D’Anne have decided to take advantage of the low interest rates and update their home. Remodeling their kitchen, replacing windows and doors, along improving on their back entry are all planned.
