Steve Maleh is the local owner of the West Fort Lauderdale UBuildIt office. He has a degree in Architecture and has studied urban planning at Columbia University in New York. A native of south Florida, Steve has grown up in the Real estate market. Steve has bought, sold and developed over the years more than 10 million dollars in real estate. He has been actively involved in design-build projects and has assisted many of his clients in developing a creative plan for their home.

Raymond Hartman is UBuildIt West Ft. Lauderdale's Construction Consultant. As an industry veteran with over 25 years of construction experience he offers strong qualifications that will assist any client in building or remodeling. Originally from Long Island, Raymond was owner and general contractor of RaySon, a large developing company building more than 100 homes per year. His experience in every aspect of the construction stage inevitably brings great wisdom to our clients and prevent them from going astray. Living in South Florida for the past 10 years, he has been involved in some ambitious projects. From the redesign and renovation of the Hollywood Fashion Mall to million dollar homes on the inter coastal, Raymond has a wealth of knowledge unequivocal to most industry professionals.

Michael Maleh is UBuildIt West Ft. Lauderdale's client service administrator and planning consultant. Also a native to South Florida, Michael has actively been involved with and constructed many design build projects. His dedication to client satisfaction is boundless. Michael’s wealth of knowledge in business administration and client service makes him an integral part of our team. Michael’s ability to assist our clients in obtaining information, contacts and services has proven most beneficial in the home construction process.

Jerry Gross is one of our UBuildIt planning consultants.  Jerry has been a Licensed General Contractor for over 25 years.  His strong qualifications in building Single Family Homes here in South Florida, makes him a tremendous asset to our UBuildIt Clientele.  Over the past 10 years Jerry has specialized in the production and distribution of windows and doors.  He personally guides each customer through the arduous process of selecting and finalizing their windows and doors.  From colors to styles, rough masonry openings, to building department guidelines and regulations, Jerry will be there with each customer every step of the way.
