They are looking to build high-energy efficiency and green products into this smaller home and will have a nice indoor shop/garden area and a full season patio. They hope to take advantage of passive solar as much as they are able with the constraints of the lot.

• Reid Residence 2,901 sq ft – Montrose County. Mr. Reid and his brother are partnering up for this project and will be doing most of the finish work themselves.

• Snyder Residence 2,523 sq ft – Clifton County. Mrs. Snyder is currently working with her Mom on splitting property on which they can build. This home will be a beautiful work of mixing her wants with the needs of the developmentally delayed adults that she cares for in her home.
