Hi, my name is Ryan VandenBerg. I am the proud owner of the successful Chandler UBuildIt Office. I am responsible for overseeing the office’s operation, sales and marketing efforts.  In 2006 my Chandler office was one of the top five offices in the franchise system. My UBuildIt franchise is a member of the local Better Business Bureau, Chambers of Commerce and other business organizations. I feel the UBuildIt program affords “our clients the opportunity to build a quality custom home or complete a remodeling project at a more competitive price and with greater peace of mind. Our UBuildIt Office is here to serve you as your personal planning consultant, and will be with you every step of the way to answer your questions and assist you through the entire process.

I am presently building my home in Chandler using the UBuildIt system, and would be glad to share my personal experiences with you! Prior to opening the Chandler UBuildIt office I was involved as owner operator of another successful franchise. I attended Arizona State University and received my degree in Business Management from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Hello, my name is Chris Nickolas. I am a Construction Consultant here at the UBuildIt office in Chandler. I have 27 years of planning, building and construction experience as a general contractor in both the residential and commercial fields. I have an Associate in Building Technology degree and I am a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Southwest Region.  In my experience prior to UBuildIt I have managed projects from small additions to multi- million dollar commercial projects. My roles in construction have included everything from trim carpenter to project superintendant. I have built in all regions of the state from flagstaff to Tucson, my primary work being with UBuildIt it in chandler. With my knowledge of all aspects of construction from site selection and planning, through permits and inspections to finishing details provides my clients with confidence and assurance of a well planned and executed project. My attention to a client’s project, its limitations and scope and the client’s desires are met with practical and timely solutions endorsing my outstanding reputation as an UBuildIt consultant.
